Best clean whitening toothpaste I've used! I use this as my daily toothpaste and alternate with the Desert Essence Activated Charcoal toothpaste every few days. The Himalaya formulation feels like conventional toothpaste brands without the questionable ingredients. Flouride, SLS, and Gluten free. 

Introduced to me by a holistic dentist back about eight years ago and I've never gone back to alcohol-based mouthwashes. Reduces and prevents bleeding and inflamed gums. Eliminates bad breath.  Antimicrobial, all- natural, alcohol free, gluten free, non-gmo, vegan. I love the tingling feeling it leaves behind. My mouth feels squeaky clean! 

When it comes to the most absorbent clean or natural deodorant, I would say Beautycounter's Clean Deo is the best I've tried. It does contain baking soda, but if you don't have allergies to baking soda, I would highly recommend this formulation. Aluminum-free, no white residue, and comes in a refillable container. Available in four scents, Rose is my go-to scent as it smells clean and refreshing. 

Formulated for sensitive skin; free of aluminum, baking soda, parabens or any synthetic fragrances. I like this deodorant the most from any of the baking soda free formulations I've tried. I would say this is good for more moderate perspiration. Available in six scents. Sakura Blossom is the one I gravitate to every time!

I like to alternate this charcoal toothpaste with the Himalaya Botanique Whitening Complete Care toothpaste. My experience with alternating the two toothpastes leaves me with nice, white teeth without using any peroxide laden pastes or strips. Detoxifies, carrageenan- and fluoride-free, formulated with activated coconut shell charcoal, CoQ10 and Baking Soda. Helps to deeply cleanse and brighten teeth with a minty flavor.
